Manager, Clinical Care and Research	Linda Grantier	Provides direction and advice to the other nurse coordinators; acts as a liaison between clinical staff, medical and administrative staff. Responsibilities include counseling and providing continuity of care to patients and their caregivers.
Clinical Coordinator	Sharon Yardley	Provides counseling and continuity of care to patients and their caregivers. Facilitates educational opportunities for professionals, patients and caregivers.
Physical Therapist	Maggie Caunter	Performs needs assessment for safety, ambulation and postural control and makes recommendations or referrals for treatment. Develops educational materials, facilitates ongoing educational opportunities to patients and healthcare professionals and liases with outside service providers.
Social Worker	Elaine Book	Performs assessments, counseling, and care planning for both patients and caregivers. Offers invaluable links to a variety of community resources. Facilitates educational opportunities for professionals, patients and caregivers.
Imaging Program Coordinator	Jessamyn McKenzie	Coordinates research utilizing Positron Emission Tomography. Completes protocols and ethical applications, recruits and screens suitable research subjects, explains studies to patients, and monitors them throughout the study to ensure safety.
